Australian Government response to the Senate Economics References Committee report: Australian Securities and Investments Commission investigation and enforcement
The Senate Economics References Committee delivered its final report on the Australian Securities and Investments Commission investigation and enforcement on 3 July 2024. This report made 11 recommendations.
The government response addresses these recommendations. The Australian Government tabled its formal response on 27 August 2026.
