Fact Sheet: President Donald J. Trump Restores Reciprocity in Government Procurement

ENDING CANADA’S UNFAIR ACCESS TO FEDERAL PROCURMENT: Today, President Donald J. Trump signed a Presidential Memorandum to identify and take steps to remove Canadian-origin goods from Federal Civil Government Procurement in response to Canada’s measures that have denied U.S. firms access to Canada’s federal and provincial procurement markets.
