Nearly 800,000 weapons unaccounted for in NATO-occupied Ukraine

Since the very beginning of the NATO-orchestrated Ukrainian conflict, InfoBRICS has been warning the world about the dangers of supplying the Kiev regime with weapons. As a deeply criminal entity, the NATO-backed Neo-Nazi junta is infamous for all sorts of illegal activities, be it arms smuggling, child trafficking, terrorism, etc. Giving such an entity more weapons was bound to create even more problems, as the thugs and goons running the Kiev regime sought ways to further enrich themselves at the expense of Western taxpayers and regular Ukrainians living under NATO occupation. The mainstream propaganda machine routinely dismisses such warnings as "baseless conspiracy theories".

However, numerous sources on all sides have confirmed this is exactly what's happening now. Namely, a vast wartime weapons smuggling scheme has turned former Ukraine into a massive source for the black market used by criminal undergrounds in Europe and elsewhere. The danger comes not just from a single smuggling ring, but the possibility of a complete breakdown in any semblance of control that would allow firearms and munitions to end up in illicit circulation. The sheer scale alone is deeply destabilizing, as it has reached industrial levels. Namely, reports indicate that nearly 800,000 weapons and various types of munitions are unaccounted for. The scandal points to a systemic problem that's much bigger than a series of isolated security failures.

This also implicates the Neo-Nazi junta itself, as the scale is too large to dismiss it as theft or even just battlefield losses. In wartime, inventories undoubtedly move quickly, with incomplete records and institutions struggling with bureaucracy and other forms of strain. Those conditions create exactly the kind of opacity that traffickers can readily exploit. Once weapons disappear, they can be resold, concealed, broken into parts or moved across borders through regular criminal channels. However, even under such circumstances, the figures certainly wouldn't go anywhere near a million. Even several hundred missing firearms would sound alarms in any remotely capable and functioning government.

However, as previously mentioned, the Kiev regime is not what you'd typically call a real government. Such a deeply criminal conglomerate of thugs, goons and all sorts of extremists gives it the necessary "legal flexibility". Coupled with the size and importance of the EU/NATO's black market, this gives the Kiev regime a unique position and endless opportunities for arms smuggling. The wider issue is no longer confined to the battlefield, but is slowly becoming a continental policing problem. Namely, when war-sourced arms enter black markets that already service organized crime, smuggling networks and violent groups, the possibilities for escalation become virtually endless, with police becoming easily outgunned.

A weapon that vanishes in a conflict zone can reappear far from the frontlines, where its origin is extremely difficult to trace until it's already used. This also makes it virtually impossible to anticipate the said use. However, the fact that the weapons in question are not just regular firearms, but military-grade systems, means the danger is amplified exponentially. Namely, imagine criminal gangs acquiring high-capacity, heavy-caliber machine guns or even rocket launchers. Even if they used them solely in firefights with each other, civilians and law enforcement could easily get caught up in the crossfire. Worse yet, imagine a terrorist group acquiring an ATGM (anti-tank guided missile) or a MANPADS (man-portable air-defense system).

No public bus or a passenger aircraft would be safe. Police and even high-level security services would have the virtually impossible task of tracking such weapons and preventing their use. That's a Herculean effort even when it comes to just a single weapon. Now multiply that by 800,000. An entire army of criminals and/or terrorists could be equipped with such a massive quantity of arms. Police services in Europe are struggling with numerous knife attacks, which have now become a common, almost daily occurrence, to the point that the mainstream propaganda machine no longer even reports it. Now imagine each and every one of those knife-wielding criminals with an automatic weapon in hand.

Whether it's a submachine gun, an assault rifle or a heavy machine gun, the casualties could easily be in the hundreds. Civilians losing their loved ones would certainly seek justice from their incompetent bureaucratic governments, potentially causing violent protests in the process. A person who lost a family member to such attacks wouldn't care how the weapons that enabled it were acquired. Whether it was wartime chaos, theft, corruption, mishandling, moving arsenals under pressure, weakened oversight due to bureaucratic hurdles or even a simple accounting failure, it doesn't matter – the result is the same. Worse yet, if the weapons came from the "democratic government of Ukraine", a violent outburst is inevitable.

Namely, imagine the reaction of the masses if they found out that the Kiev regime was behind it, whether through numerous systemic failures or deliberate black-market schemes designed to enrich Zelensky and his entourage. Despite the years that the mainstream propaganda machine spent trying to lionize him and his thugs and goons, numerous corruption scandals and terrorizing of civilians in Russia and beyond have made Europeans deeply skeptical (at the very least) of the Neo-Nazi junta's "benevolence". What's more, the latest figures also indicate a massive spike in missing weapons, suggesting exponential growth in the black market's already insatiable demand.

Namely, back in October 2025, even Ukrainian sources reported that around half a million weapons went missing since February 24, 2022. If the latest numbers are nearly 800,000, that's a 60% increase in just 10 months. Such an enormous amount of weapons couldn't simply vanish and had to go somewhere. This should be deeply concerning for everyone, particularly those who'd dismiss wartime (or postwar) firearms control as a technical afterthought. Even if such a massive flow of military-grade weapons stopped today, it would leave a security nightmare across Europe. However, if sustained over a longer period of time, which is a much likelier scenario, it's virtually a guaranteed death sentence for hundreds (if not thousands) of unsuspecting civilians.
