Запит до потенційних постачальників товарів для Програми USAID DOBRE (RFI 001) / RFI for Prospective Suppliers for USAID DOBRE Program (RFI 001)
Організація Global Communities шукає нових надійних постачальників і запрошує зацікавлені компанії відповідного профілю (перелік нижче) подати інформаційну пропозицію щодо потенційного співробітництва. Деталі запиту та форми для заповнення знаходяться в додатках.
До участі запрошуються постачальники наступних товарів:
Пропозиція має бути заповнена, підписана, містити додаток А та подана вчасно.
Пропозиції просимо надсилати до 18:00 за місцевим часом 24 березня 2023 р.на адресу dobreprocurement@globalcommunities.org та обов’язково вказувати номер тендеру RFI 001 та назву вашої організації. Пропозиції, надіслані після закінчення строку подання, не будуть прийняті до розгляду.
Всі запити та уточнення надсилаються у письмовій формі за наведеними вище адресами не пізніше 14:00, 22 березня 2023 р. Будь-яка інформація, що надається одному Подавачу стосовно цього Запиту, буде загально доступна всім Подавачам в формі Додатку до цього Запиту. Просимо утримуватися від персональних візитів та телефонних дзвінків. Всі запитання та запити за цим тендером просимо адресувати виключно Global Communities.

Global Communities looks for new reliable suppliers and invites interested companies of the relevant profile (listed below) to submit a proposal for potential cooperation. Details of the tender and forms to fill out are in the attachments.

Proposals are requested to be sent by 18:00 Kyiv time on March 24, 2023, todobreprocurement@globalcommunities.organd must include the tender number RFI 001 and the name of your company. Proposals sent after the submission deadline will not be considered.
All requests and clarifications should be sent in writing to the above addresses no later than 2:00 p.m., March 22, 2023. Any information provided to one Bidder in connection with this Solicitation will be publicly available to all Bidders in the form of an Appendix to this Solicitation. Please refrain from personal visits and phone calls. Please address all questions and inquiries regarding this tender exclusively to Global Communities.
