The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is launching an interactive map of destroyed and damaged educational institutions

During the 18 days of the war, 369 educational institutions were damaged in Ukraine, some of which were completely destroyed by bombing and shelling.  All information about the institutions will be published on the created web-site.

"Fighting continues in some regions.  Our main task is to save the life of every citizen of Ukraine.  The Russian invaders ruthlessly destroy kindergartens, schools, vocational schools, colleges, universities.  But the most brutal and painful losses are hundreds of lives lost at the hands of the aggressor.  The invaders continue to claim that they strike exclusively at military facilities of our country.  It turns out that the leadership of the Russian Federation is afraid of our children and parents, they are frightened not only of our strong and brave military, but also educators and scientists.  Yes, we are really strong, we will definitely win and rebuild our educational institutions, "said Serhiy Shkarlet.

The web-site will collect all the information on the number of damaged and destroyed educational institutions, as well as the losses caused to them as a result of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

The map does not contain complete information, as it is updated daily.  Currently there are no data from Chernihiv, Kharkiv and Luhansk regions.

We ask everyone who has information (photos, videos) to send it to the e-mail address edu.emergency.ua@gmail.com.  We must reproduce the results of the Russia's violent aggression, the whole world has the  right to know the truth.
